Human Rights Capitalism 

 The form of capitalism or the system in the United States of America to which all Americans have agreed through the Declaration of Independence. There is private or corporation ownership of capital goods, investments are determined by private decision rather than by state control, and prices, production, and the distribution of goods are determined mainly in a free market.

 The system is pledged in support of the identification, honoring, protection, and fulfillment of all human rights of all citizen-members of We, the People.
